Velia started from a simple observation: most of what people buy, they buy because someone they trust used it first. A friend, a stylist, a traveller whose trips you follow. Those recommendations are scattered across posts, stories and comments, and the people making them rarely see anything for it.
So every creator on Velia gets a page at joinvelia.com/their-name: the products they actually use, grouped into collections — an outfit, a trip, a routine — each with a link straight to the store. You browse without an account and buy from the retailer as you normally would.
When you do, the store pays a commission, and the creator who recommended it gets a share. Your price is the same either way. That's the whole model.
Creators choose what's on their page
Every pick on a creator's page is one they added themselves, because they use it or would buy it. Nothing is placed there by an algorithm.
