01What do I need to get started?

A link. Paste any product URL into the field and Velia does the rest — or type the name of the item instead. You can also type joinvelia.com/ in front of any product URL in your address bar.

02How does Velia find the other prices?

It reads the link to work out exactly which item it is, then searches live listings across the web for that same thing and ranks what comes back by how closely each one matches — the nearest thing to what you pasted first, with every price on screen. Everything you see is a real, currently-listed offer.

03What can I paste?

Any product URL, from a large marketplace to a small brand's own store — clothes, electronics, kitchen gear, anything with a price tag. If you don't have a link, type the name of the item instead — Velia handles both.

04Is Velia free?

Yes. Some of the links we show are affiliate-tracked, which means a retailer may pay us a commission when you buy. It never changes the price you pay, and it never changes the ranking — the closest match is always first.

05What about my privacy?

We don't build a profile of what you shop for, and nothing follows you between visits. We keep a count of which pages get read so we know what to make next, and nothing beyond that.
